It's literally how you choose to react to something. You don't have to react any certain way — you choose. Some are much better and some are much worse ways to go about it.
I want to go from "I should be a better conversation partner" to "I would prefer to make deeper and richer connections with other people." Conversation also takes some hope and a leap of faith.
Entertainment doesn't necessarily bring happiness. There's a time and place to do what you want; do what you need to do first.

Movies are exactly what people desire to happen, perfectly, every time. They're designed to connect all the dull moments, the moments in reality that we normally take as passing time. Really, that time is just until you get to another plot point in your life — whatever the next thing someone journaling the story of you would write.
